Job Description:

We are looking for motived people to help lead our crew on job sites. Specifically we are looking for a Concrete, Excavation, Pipe & Intake Structure Foreman. This is a full-time position for all jobs with massive growth potential.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Must be reliable
• Works well with others
• Fast learner
• Willing to teach if willing to learn

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial construction preferred.
• Preferred 4+ years of experience as a foreman or supervisor.
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant construction work
• Must be able to communicate instruction and information effectively to other team members.
• Must oblige to safety procedures and encourage all other employees to do the same.
• Must be able to stay on schedule according to building plans.
• Must be able to properly maintain reports and time cards.
